Which portal should I use?

Doctors and practice staff use the doctor portal. Patients use the patient portal for appointments and checklists. Platform administrators use the admin portal. Integrators can open API documentation from the developer card above.

Is Doctors Aid a finished product?

Doctors Aid is in beta. Features and workflows may change. Participating practices should apply their own clinical governance before relying on the platform in production care.

How is my information protected?

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to health-related data, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and audit logging. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

Does Doctors Aid comply with POPIA?

We design and operate the platform with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in mind. Your organisation remains responsible for lawful processing when using Doctors Aid in clinical practice.

How do doctors register?

New clinicians can register on the doctor portal (including sign-in with Google where enabled), then complete practice and HPCSA verification before full access is granted.
