Terms of Use
Beta preview — last updated May 2026. This document should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel.
By accessing Doctors Aid portals you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Beta service
Doctors Aid is offered as a beta preview. Features may change or be withdrawn. Participating practices and users must apply their own clinical governance and must not rely on the platform as a sole system of record without appropriate validation.
Acceptable use
- Use portals only for lawful healthcare and administrative purposes
- Keep credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or extract data from the platform
Clinical responsibility
Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed practitioners and their organisations. AI-assisted features are aids only and do not replace professional judgement.
Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and infrastructure events may occur without prior notice during beta.
